Notice is hereby given that the BE Oakwood, Inc. (“Seller”) desires to sell and is offering for sale a beneficial equity interest in the following described real estate property situated in the Township of Mount Olive, Morris County, New Jersey:

The Overlook at Flanders Apartment complex, a property comprised of 1,224 residential units.
