深圳市国际招标有限公司受用户委托，就深圳大学2011海洋生物实验室购600兆核磁共振仪设备采购项目进行公开招标。现邀请国际合格的投标方前来投标。

1、招标范围：

600兆核磁共振仪:1台。具体技术参数详见招标文件。
2、标书售价：人民币1000.00元或美元170.00；售后不退，邮寄需另附邮费60元人民币或40美元。

3、购买标书时间：2012-6-8 上午9:00 起至 2012-6-29 14:30（北京时间）（节假日及午休时间除外）

4、投标截止时间：2012-6-29 14:30（北京时间），逾期收到或不符合要求的投标文件恕不接受。

5、开标时间：2012-6-29 14:30 (北京时间)

6、购买标书地点：深圳市罗湖区嘉宾路深华商业大厦裙楼六层611室。（投标人可至深圳市国际有限公司查阅招标文件）

7、开标地点：深圳市罗湖区嘉宾路深华商业大厦裙楼六楼615室。

8、资格标准：

(1) 投标人营业执照复印件（加盖公章）。

(2) (2) 投标人开具的证明招标文件购买人资格的法定代表人授权书原件及招标文件购买人身份证复印件；

(3) (3) 加盖投标人公章的深圳市政府采购供应商注册卡复印件（仅针对境内投标人）；

(4) (4) 投标人须具有600兆核磁共振仪设备制造商针对本次投标开具的专项授权书（投标人是设备制造商的除外），一家制造商只能授权一家投标人投标。投标文件提供相应证明材料。

(6)特别说明：投标人在购买招标文件和递交投标文件时提供的所有资料必须真实、有效，若发现有提供虚假资料投标的将取消其投标资格，投标保证金不予退还，并将上报相关部门根据国家相关规定予以处罚。

9、其它要求：投标人购买标书前请在“中国国际招标网”、“深圳国际招标采购网”和“深圳市政府采购网”上注册成供应商。
