中化国际招标有限责任公司受买方委托对下列产品及服务进行国际公开竞争性招标。现邀请合格投标人参加投标。

1. 招标产品的名称、数量和技术参数, 投标人的主要资格和业绩条件：

（1） 设备名称及数量：真空油淬炉 1台

（2） 主要技术参数：

设备设计制造及验证应符合AMS2750D标准。温度均匀性与仪表配置应符合AMS2750D中Ⅱ级设备C类仪表（必要时，可增加负载传感器变为A类仪表）。常用工作温度：700℃～1100℃。炉内温度均匀性：有效工作尺寸内≤±5℃，测量方法按照AMS2750D执行。温度仪表系统精度：≤±1.1℃（该精度指仪表、工艺传感器、补偿导线整体精度）。真空/工作分压：0.133～13.3Pa, 加热前，真空加热室应抽至不高于6.65Pa。泄漏率：≤0.67Pa/h。淬火转移时间：＜15S（炉门开启至工件全部没入淬火介质）。淬火油工作温度：淬火之前油温处于24～60℃，并在淬火期间油温不超过93℃。

（3）主要资格和业绩条件

资质要求：投标人必须是制造商或制造商直接授权的代理商；提供如下资质证书的复印件：制造商的ISO9001质量管理体系认证，设备制造商的中华人民共和国特种设备制造许可证（压力容器）及中华人民共和国特种设备设计许可证（压力容器）。

业绩条件：投标人应提供自身近三年国内外不少于五台制造或销售本招标要求的同规格或类似设备的业绩清单（含使用厂家、设备名称、设备型号、数量、联系方式等）。

2. 招标文件售价：每包每套1000元或160美元。文件售后不退，邮购须另加100元人民币或16美元。

3. 购买招标文件时间：2012年7月26日起至2012年8月16日，每天9:00~16:00（北京时间，节假日除外）。

4. 购买招标文件地点：上海市浦东新区世纪大道1600号M层。

SINOCHEM International Tendering Co., Ltd., entrusted by the Buyer, hereby carries out International Competitive Bidding for the supply of the following goods and related services, and now invites eligible bidders to attend the bidding.

1. Name, quantity and technical parameters of the bidding products, Requirements of qualification and sales achievements by the tender:

（1） Name, quantity of the bidding products: Vacuum oil quenching furnace 1set

（2） Technical parameters of the bidding products:

The design, manufacturing and validation of the equipment should comply with standard AMS2750D. Temperature uniformity and instrument configuration should comply with, class C, and level II in AMS2750D (when necessary, load sensor can be added, and used to be the instrument of class A). Common working temperature: 700℃ ~ 1100℃;Temperature uniformity in furnace: ≤± 5 ℃ in effective work size, with measuring methods executed according to AMS2750D;Accuracy of temperature meter system:≤ +1.1℃ (this accuracy refers to the overall accuracy of meters, process sensors and compensating wires).vacuum/working partial pressure: 0.133 ~ 13.3 Pa, before heating, vacuum heating room should be suctioned to no higher than 6.65 Pa. Leakage rate: ≤0.67 pa/h. Quenching transfer time: < 15 S (from opening furnace door to all work pieces are merged in quenching medium). Working temperature of quenching oil: oil temperature is in 24 ~ 60 ℃ before quenching and not over 93 ℃during the quenching

（3） Requirements of qualification and sales achievements:

Bidder must be the manufacturer itself or the agent directly authorized (exclusive for this tender) by the manufacturer. Bidder should provide the copies of qualification certificates as follows: ISO9001 certificate by the manufacture ，The peoples Republic of China special equipment manufacturing license ( pressure vessel )，Peoples Republic of China special equipment design permits ( pressure vessel ).Requirements on reference performance: the Bidder shall submit a list of reference performance of equipment with same or similar specifications with the proposed one for min. 5 no.s manufactured or sold in recent 3 years, indicating user names, equipment name, model, qty and contact ways, etc.

2. Price of Bidding Document: RMB 1000 or USD 160 for one complete set of package. Bidding Document is non-refundable (if mail order, with additional RMB 100 or USD16 ).

3. Time for obtaining Bidding Documents: 9:00~16:00 (Beijing Time) every day (excl. holidays hereafter from 26th Jul, 2012 till 16th Aug, 2012).

4. Place for obtaining Bidding Documents: M Floor, No.1600 Century Avenue, Shanghai, 200122 P. R. China.
