砂轮修整机拟采用干式磨削，所需磨削修整的工件为金刚石砂轮。砂轮修整机宜具备修整砂轮的直径范围：160mm～350mm。

2. 交货地点和交货时间：

交货地点：CIF上海

交货时间：签约后10个月FOB

9. *对投标人的资格要求：

（1）投标人近十年必须有砂轮修整机的成功运行业绩。

（2）由于项目技术要求高，任何投标方希望参与本项目的，均应在开标前与招标方联系开展技术交流并签订技术协议（朱慧晔***-********）,未能签订技术协议的投标人，其投标将被否决。

（3）投标人必须是砂轮修整机设备制造商，本项目不接受代理投标。

10. 本项目不接受联合体投标。

Bids from bidders who fail to conclude the technical agreement will be rejected.

(3) The bidder shall be the manufacturer of the grinding wheel trimmer equipment. Agency bidding is not accepted for this project.
