********1">墨西哥玛雅铁路第一标段项目，项目业主为墨西哥国家旅游发展基金，招标人为中交墨西哥子公司。项目已具备招标条件，现进行墨西哥玛雅铁路第一标段项目道岔、扣件、附属装置招标，并采用电子化招标投标方式。

For theFirst Railway Section of the Mexican Mayan Train, the Project ower is Fonaturof Mexico, and the tenderee is China Communications Construction Company México S.de R.L.de C.V.. The project has met the bidding conditions and is now in bidding for the Turnouts, Tastenings and Accessory Devices. The online bidding method is adopted.

2. 项目概况与招标内容

2.1项目概况：玛雅铁路项目位于墨西哥尤卡坦半岛，总计长度1460km，其中第一标段：位于墨西哥东南部，线路为恰帕斯州帕伦克市（Palenque）至坎佩切州的埃斯卡塞加市（Escarcega），标段I全长226千米。项目的主要工程内容包括：土石方工程、桥梁结构工程、排水工程、管网迁移工程、道路改移和轨道铺设工程等。

Project Overview: The Mayan Railway Project is located in the Yucatan Peninsula, Mexico, with a total length of 1460km. The firstsectionis 226 kilometers longand located in the southeast of Mexicoand the route is from Palenqueto Escarcega.The main content of the project includes: earthworks, bridge structure works, drainage works,pipe networkworks, road relocation and track laying works, etc.

2.2招标内容：见下表 （设备物资名称、包件划分、计划交货期等）。

3. 投标人资格要求Qualification

3.1本次招标要求投标人须具备人员、设备、资金等方面具备相应的能力。

This bidding requirestenderersto have the corresponding ability in personnel, equipment, capital, etc.

3.2你单位不可以 组成联合体投标。

Tenderers can’tform a consortium to bid.

3.3 本次招标物资内容分为2个包件。

Two packages are included in this Bidding.

3.4 生产商和他的代理商不能同时竞标

Manufacturers and their agents cannot bid at the same time.

4. 资格审查Qualification Review

资格审查形式：资格后审。

5.投标人注册Registration of Tenderer

投标人需登录中国交建物资采购管理信息系统（网址：http://ec.ccccltd.cn）完成供应商注册，未注册成功的供应商将无法参与投标。

The tenderer should complete the registration on the website http://ec.ccccltd.cn.

6. 招标文件的获取Obtainment of Tender Documents

请于2020年9月28日23:30时至2020年9月29日23:59时（北京时间）通过远程登录中国交建物资采购管理信息系统电子化平台（网址：http://ec.ccccltd.cn/PMS/）下载招标文件。

7. 投标文件的递交Delivery of Tenders

7.1投标文件递交的时间为：2020年9月30日00：01时至2020年10月1日23:59时（北京时间），投标人应当通过远程登录中国交建物资采购管理信息系统电子化平台（网址：http://ec.ccccltd.cn/PMS/）上传，递交时间即为上传成功时间。

Tender documents shallbe submitted to the website http://ec.ccccltd.cn/PMS/from 00:01a.m. of Sep 30th, 2020 to 23:59p.m. of Oct1th, 2020(Beijing Time) .

7.2逾期未上传成功的投标文件，招标人不予受理。

Late submission will not be accepted by the Tenderee.
