2. 交货地点和交货时间：

交货地点：指定仓库或项目现场

交货时间：合同生效后按炉别分3批交货，第一批为合同生效后10个月开始到货至 16个月交货全部完毕。

9. *对投标人的资格要求：

1、投标人在炼钢工业环境或相当于前述应用环境具有良好供货业绩，自2010年7月起至投标之日内须在境内外与本项目同类工况环境下提供过不低于2台（套）的220吨及以上转炉的一次烟气干法净化系统（从蒸发冷却器到切换站的完整系统）新建或改造项目成功运行的业绩，且稳定运行时间超过1年以上。

2、本项目为改造工程，项目情况复杂。投标人应事先对现场进行过调研，并提供过改造技术方案，充分了解现场情况和需求。

9. *Requirementsof Bidder’s qualification：

1、The bidder shall have a good supply record in the steelmaking industry environment or equivalent application environment. From July 2010 to the bid date, the bidder shall have successfully supplied or renovated no less than 2 sets of primary flue gas dry purification system (complete system from evaporative cooler to switching station) for converter of 220 tons or above at home and abroad under the working conditions similar to this project. These projects should have a stable operation time of more than 1 year.

2、This project is a renovation project, and its situation is complicated. The bidder shall make a survey on the site in advance, provide a technical scheme for the renovation, and fully understand the site situation and requirements.
