2. 交货地点和交货时间：

交货地点：关境外为CIF广州港，关境内为湛江宝钢物流配送有限公司项目现场

交货时间：关境外合同签订后12个月FOB，关境内合同签订后12个月内具备发货条件

9. *对投标人的资格要求：

1）投标人应具有2条（含）以上抗拉强度1400Mpa（含）以上热轧高强钢横切机组的已投产的业绩。不接受代理商和联合体投标。
2）投标商应具有设计、制造本标书所规定设备的资格和能力，对设备的加工能力、质量、劳动安全、环境保护、使用性能、供货的完整性、安装指导及调试负责。
3）由于项目复杂、技术要求高，任何投标人希望参与本项目的，均应在开标前与湛江物宝钢流配送有限公司联系开展技术交流并签订技术协议（联系人：钟国华，电话：134*****097），未能签订技术协议的投标人，其投标将被否决。

10. 本项目不接受联合体投标。

9. *Requirementsof Bidder’s qualification：

1）The bidder shall have the performance of putting into production of two hot-rolled high-strength steel crosscut lines with tensile strength of 1,400Mpa and above. Bids from agents and consortium are unacceptable.
2） The bidder should have qualification and capability to design and manufacture the equipment specified in this document and take charge of processing capacity, quality, labor safety, environmental protection, functionality, supply completeness, installation instruction and commissioning of the equipment.
3)Due to the complexity and high technical requirements of the project, any bidder wishing to participate in this project shall contact Zhanjiang Baosteel Logistics Distribution Co., Ltd. for technical communication and conclude the technology agreement before the bid opening (Contact person: Zhong Guohua, Mobile: 134*****097). Bids from bidders who fail to conclude the technology agreement will be rejected.
