Solvent Wet Bench

1. Construction: Extraction will be toward the rear of the station with rear extraction grilles above the worktop. All materials are selected to be suitable for application in the most demanding of conditions and are suitable for all Clean Room applications.
2. Worktop Extraction Fully perforated worktop
3. Bench Extraction: Bench extraction will be via a single 355mm diameter polypropylene spigot mounted at the rear of each bench approximately 850mm above floor level. Polypropylene is used for both acids and inorganic solvents.
4. Extract Rate: Extract rate is 0.53m3/sec. per wet bench
5. Extraction Fail:The Wet Station will include for an Extract fail visual indication.
Should extraction fail, an audible and visual alarm will initiate, and the supply (Laminar Air Flow) with halt to avoid contaminated air spilling into the cleanroom and to afford Operator Protection. A set of dry contacts are also provided should a signal to the cleanroom facility be required,

9. Vertical Laminar Air Flow Module
At high level above the wet bench a Vertical Laminar Flow module will be included so as to provide 99.999% filtered laminar clean air over the worktop. Regular fluorescent lighting is included. The unit includes for two-stage filtration as standard with pre filtration and final absolute HEPA filtration with manually operated fan speed controller for filter loading.
