国信招标集团股份有限公司（以下简称“招标机构”）受通裕重工股份有限公司委托，就下列货物及有关服务进行国际竞争性招标。现邀请合格投标人参加投标。
1． 招标货物名称、数量、主要技术参数、交货时间及交货地点

货物名称及数量：
数控镗铣加工中心设备1台。

主要技术参数：详见技术文件标注“*”的技术条款。

交货时间：
1）境内供应商：合同签订后10个月交货；
2）境外供应商：合同签订后15个月交货。

交货地点：
1）境内供应商：制造商工厂交货；
　2）境外供应商：中国青岛港。

2．招标文件售价：150元人民币元或22.5美元。招标文件售后不退。如需邮购，请在见到该招标公告后，将购招标文件款及邮费汇至下列地址和联系人，并请将贵公司购买招标文件的接收地址、联系人、电话、传真、邮编及汇款回执传真给我公司，我公司在收到贵公司的传真后，立即用特快专递将招标文件邮寄给贵公司指定的标书接收地址及联系人。邮寄费境内另收80元人民币，境外另收50美元。招标文件售后不退。

3．购买招标文件时间：从2013年2月4日起，每天（节假休息日除外）上午8:30-11:30；下午1:00-5:00（北京时间）。购买文件时务必提供：营业执照注册号、单位名称、地址、联系电话、传真、邮编、移动电话、主营业务、法定代表人、注册资本、资质等级等有效企业信息。

Entrusted by Tongyu Heavy Industry Ltd. , Guoxin Tendering Group now invites sealed bids from eligible suppliers or traders from both home and abroad, by the way of international competitive bidding, for supply of the following equipments and relevant services. Those who are interested in the project are welcomed to submit bids.
1. Name, Quantity, main technical parameter, time and place of delivery of Goods:
Name of Goods and Amount:
NC boring and milling machining center equipment 1；
Main technical parameter: Refer to the technical items of remarking "*" in the technical document.
Time of delivery:
1) 10 months after signing the contract.
2) 15 months after signing the contract.
Place of delivery:
1) Manufacturer ex-factory.
2) Foreign supplier: CIF Qingdao port, China.
2. Selling Price for bidding documents: USD22.5(or RMB150). The payment is non-refundable. Please forward your payment by way of mail in favor of our company listing the purpose of payment and the Bid No. of the wanted bidding documents. A copy of the mailing bill along with the name of the ordering firm, detailed address, telephone and fax numbers shall be sent to us by fax. We will deliver the wanted bidding documents to you by EMS upon receiving such confirmation .The postage paid for inland mail should be paid 80 RMB in addition, and postage for overseas mail should be paid 50 USD in addition.
3. Time of selling tendering documents: 8:30-11:30 AM and 1:00-5:00 PM (Beijing Time) from4/ 2/2013(Saturday, Sundays and holidays except).
