该项目拟调整后的总建筑面积由原批准的427714.11㎡（其中计容面积为301871.76㎡，不计容面积为125842.35㎡）调整为418469.51㎡（其中计容面积为301871.76㎡，不计容建筑面积为116597.75㎡），拟调整后的计容建筑面积、容积率、建筑密度、绿地率等指标保持不变。机动车位由原批准的2974个（其中地上车位为38个，地下车位为2936个）调整为2975个（其中地上车位为187个，地下车位为2788个）。调整后的经济技术指标均符合用地规划条件和土地出让合同。

根据《中华人民共和国城乡规划法》等有关法律法规，现将调整内容予以公示。凡是对以上公示内容有意见或建议的，可以在公示期间向我办提出陈述和申辩，逾期未提出的，视为放弃上述权利。
