本次招标内容为蜂巢能源科技(萨尔)有限公司品质实验室用关节臂式三坐标设备，满足对模组和电池包产品的定位尺寸、平面度等项目的检测，设备需符合ISO10360标准；

主要内容：投标方必须具有本行业的从业资质，且需对设备的设计、制作、包装、运输、装卸、安装、调试、培训、售后服务等进行总承包，并对设备质量负最终责任。投标方必须有良好的售后服务支持，具有专业资质的设计、安装施工人员及专业的售后服务人员。

The purpose of this Biding is articulated arm-measuring machine for quality laboratory of SVOLT Energy Technology (Saarland) GmbH, to satisfy measurement of positioning, dimension and surface flatness of battery module/pack product, the machine shall comply with ISO10360 standards.

Primary content: have qualification of the industry, and be responsible for the design, production, packaging and transportation, unpacking, installation, commissioning, training, after-sales service of the equipment, and finally be responsible for quality of equipment. Bidders shall have good after-sales service support, with professional qualified design, installation and construction personnel and professional after-sales service personnel.

3.技术要求/ Technical Requirements

3.1项目需要2022年3月30日完成设备制造并完成运输至项目所在地；

3.2有效测量范围： ≥3.5M；

3.3空间长度测量精度：≤0.056mm；

3.4单点重复性：≤0.044mm；

3.5配套软件相关测试功能终身免费使用；

3.6三坐标设备应配带DAkkS认证的第三方计量校准合格证书；

3.7所供设备必须满足设备使用地的法律法规，确保设备可以落地、接电、使用、达标并对最终结果负责；

3.8投标方须保证德国区域的售后服务。

Veto:

1. The equipment will be manufactured and complete transport to the project location before 30th March 2022;

2.Effective measurement range ：≥3.5M；

3.Space length accuracy：≤0.056mm；

4. Single point repeatability：≤0.044mm；

5.Supporting related measurement software are free to use for life

6.The equipment shall be equipped with DAkkS certificated third party metrology and calibration certificate.

7. The supplied equipment shall meet the laws and regulations of the local where the equipment is used, ensure that the equipment can be landed, connected to power, used and meet the standards required, the bidder shall be responsible for the final results;

8. The bidder shall guarantee after-sales service in Germany.

4.供应商资质要求/ Qualification Requirements of Supplier

1.投标方若为代理商，需具备生产厂商的授权文件。

5.业绩要求（报名业绩作为报名审核，投标书中应包含且不限于报名业绩）/ Achievement Requirement (Achievement in registration shall be included but not limited to the tender document)

至少为3家试验认证机构或主流锂电池生产企业配套过此类设备，投标设备应有良好的使用信誉；投标方须提供行业内近三年同类设备的主要业绩，并提供相应的证明材料（如：合同首尾页、中标通知书等）；投标方若为代理商，必须具备丰富该行业代理销售经验，拥有良好的德国国内销售业绩和客户评价，并能提供相应的证明资料。

9.争议解决/Dispute Resolution

投标方和招标人在采购过程中所引起的争议，双方应通过友好协商解决，协商不成时，任何一方均应向采购方所在地人民法院提起诉讼。

注：无论报名结果如何，供应商自行承担所有与参加报名活动有关的全部费用。

Any dispute caused by the bidder and the tenderer during the procurement process shall be settled by both parties through friendly negotiation. If the negotiation fails, either party shall file a lawsuit with the peoples court at the place where the purchaser is located.

Note: Regardless of the result of registration, the supplier shall bear all the expenses related to the registration activities.
