万达酒店及度假村采用邀请招标方式邀请有兴趣的合格投标人（以下简称“投标人”），就成都万达瑞华酒店2021年度员工工服的采购进行投标

一、合作条件：

1、投标人具有法人资格，具备相应项目的经营权，承认并愿意履行招标文件中的各项规定方可参加投标。
2、投标人应遵守有关我公司招标采购条例的相关规定和合同条款，近两年内在经营活动中无违法记录。
3、投标人具有良好的资金和财务状况，守法经营，无不良记录。
4、投标人具体资质要求：具有良好信誉，无重大事故或投诉；不存在未依法缴纳税收和社会保障资金的不良记录。

二、投标文件递交要求：

所有的投标文件须于2021-09-30， 12:00:00（北京时间）之前上传到万达酒店及度假村招投标管理系统网站。逾期提交的投标文件将被拒绝。不接受邮寄方式提交投标文件。如果投标人对招标文件内容有疑问，请与万达酒店及度假村联系。

三、操作方式：

本着公平、公正、公开的原则，采用万达集团统一网上招采平台。（浏览器输入地址：https://vendor.wanda.cn）进入“招采平台”首页，点击招采报名中的“在线报名”即可进入公告名称列表，点击相应的公告名称进入报名公告的详细页面，在规定时间内提交评审资料。
