| 1)投标条件及资格要求：1、投标人必须具备快速检测铁水试样、渣样（转炉渣、铁水渣、精炼渣采用压块方式加工）中化学成分应用业绩，并有良好的应用实绩，并提供至少两份合同复印件（有用户单位的详细联系信息）。 2、投标人是制造商或代理商（提供唯一授权证明），需要具备外汇签约资质。 3、设备必须提供开放的维修界面，维修所需的专用器件必须无条件提供，如看门狗等。 4、投标方提供的设备要与试验室现有的全自动样品处理系统、结果传送系统实现软、硬件衔接，构成一个整体，实现试样加工、分析、结果传送和试样编号归档无人干预的自动分析系统； 5、投标方要提供与德国HERZOG公司全自动加工设备系统集成的使用实绩，并提供证明文件； | |||

| 1)Requirements of Bidder’s qualification： 1、 The Bidder must have good achievements in quickly testing chemical compositions in iron melt specimens and slag specimens (converter slag, iron melt slag and refining slag is processed by briquetting) and provide at least two copies of the contract (with contact details of the user’s entity). 2、The Bidder shall, if it is a manufacturer or an agent (providing a unique authorization certificate), have the qualification of signing contracts of foreign exchange. 3、he equipment must have open repair interfaces. Special devices required for repair, such as watchdog, must be unconditionally supplied. 4、Software and hardware of the equipment supplied by the Bidder shall be connected to that of the existing fully automatic specimen treatment system and result transmission system in the testing laboratory to form a complete automatic analysis system of specimen processing, analysis, result transmission and specimen number archiving without intervention； 5、The Bidder shall provide the proof of achievements in integrating with HERZOG fully automatic processing equipment and systems. | |||
