3 Qualification Requirements of Tenderers:
1) Must be legal entity and have more than 5 years’ experience in this industry and registered capital of not less than 1 million Yuan;
2) Have permanent supply and after-sales service and maintenance facility in China, and with completed after-sales records;
3) Have related project experience；
4) Consortium bidding is not accepted in this project.

二、 简要内容：

三、 投标人的资格条件：
1、 具有独立法人资格，企业注册资金不少于100万元；成立并具有本行业从业经验5年以上；
2、 在中国有固定的供货与售后服务、维修保养机构，并具有完善的售后服务记录；
3、 具有类似项目经验；
4、 本项目不接受联合体投标。
