2. 招标文件售价:每子包每套800元人民币或200美元(非现金)；招标文件售后不退，如需邮寄（仅限速递方式）,每包须另加100元人民币或100美元(非现金)。招标机构对邮寄过程中的遗失及延误不负任何责任。

3、购买招标文件时间：从 2014年3月27日起至2014年4月4日止，每天(节假日除外) 9:30～11:30及14:30～16:30(北京时间)。

4、购买招标文件地点：广州市环市中路316号金鹰大厦11楼广东省机电设备招标公司（11楼前台）。

5、投标截止时间和开标时间：2014-04-16 14:30

Guangdong Machinery & Electric Equipment Tendering Corporation entrusted by the buyer invite sealed bids from eligible suppliers home and abroad for the supply of the following goods and/or service by way of International Competitive Bidding.

2.Price of Biding Documents：RMB800 (domestic) or USD200（non-cash）（abroad）；

Non-refundable payment for each set. For mail order (Only by express post), please add RMB 100(domestic) or USD100 (non-cash) (abroad) on top for each set. If any lost of post, Bidding Corporation should not be responsibility for this case.

3. Time of Selling Bidding Documents: from 9:30 to 11:30 a.m. and 2:30 to 4:30 p.m. (Beijing time) from Mar 27th, 2014 to Apr 4th, 2014 (Saturday, Sundays and holidays except).
