1.招标产品的名称、数量和技术参数：
设备名称、数量：协调加载控制及作动系统 1套
资格要求：
*(1)投标人提供有效的营业登记/营业执照等许可经营的证明文件；
*(2)主要设备制造商（包括协调加载控制系统、液压伺服油源系统及电液伺服作动器的制造商）应具有完善的质量管理体系，并提供有效的认证证书；
*(3)投标方所投协调加载控制系统、液压伺服油源系统及电液伺服作动器等软硬件设备的制造商应有十年以上（含十年）研制、生产该类设备的经验，十年以上（含十年）的销售历史；制造商在国内外不得有不良供货记录，所投设备是成熟产品，并提供相应投标产品的资料和制造商生产资质证明供审查；供货厂家应提供同类型设备主要部件国内及国外用户各3家以上供货方案及应用业绩证明。
技术参数：
*(1)试验系统功能：采用多试验任务配置方案，可同时进行不少于4个独立的试验任务，且应有分别控制不少于4个试验任务的应急保护设施；
*(2)不少于40路伺服控制通道，即支持40个伺服阀输出；
*(3)不少于80路反馈输入通道，每个反馈输入通道能够兼容多种类型传感器，不少于桥型、LVDT、应变片、高电平等传感器类型中的2种；
*(4)分油子站系统满足21MPa工作压力下正常工作要求，输出压力可调3.5~21MPa；。
*(5)分油器 提供4个1?分8的分油器，2个1分4的分油器，并方便拆卸且接口处密闭性良好,有防尘保护装置。

2.招标文件售价：每套2500元或420美元。
文件售后不退，邮购须另加100元人民币或20美元。
未在中化国际招标有限责任公司登记购买本招标文件的投标人，其投标将被拒收。

SINOCHEM International Tendering Co., Ltd., entrusted by the Buyer(Aeronautical Science&Technology Research Institute of COMAC), hereby carries out public bid for the supply of the following goods and related services, and now invites eligible bidders to attend the bidding.
1.Name, quantity and technical parameters of the bidding products:
name of equipment: Controlling and Actuating System for Coordinated Loading (1 set)
qualification requirements:
*(1)The Bidder shall submit certifying documents for licensed business e.g. valid business registration etc.
*(2)The manufacturer(including underlying controlling system for coordinated loading, hydraulic servo oil source system and electro-hydraulic servo actuator) shall be furnished with quality management system, and a valid quality certification paper for that shall be submitted.
*(3)Manufacturers of the underlying controlling system for coordinated loading, hydraulic servo oil source system and electro-hydraulic servo actuator shall have 10 or more years of experience in developing, producing and selling the equipment, be free of adverse supply record at home and abroad and skilled in producing the equipment, and offer information about the underlying products and production qualification certificate for review. Besides, for main components of like equipment, the supplier shall supply solutions and proofs of performance from more than 3 domestic users and more than 3 overseas users.
technical parameter:
*(1)Function of test system: The test system shall be built as multi-task configuration scheme, support simultaneous running of at least 4 independent test tasks, and have emergency protection facilities, each of which controls at least 4 test tasks.
*(2)Not less than 40 servo control channels, i.e. support 40 servo valve outputs.
*(3)Not less than 80 feedback input channels; each feedback input channel can be compatible with at least two types of sensors among the bridge sensor, LVDT sensor, strain gauge sensor and high level sensor.
*(4)Oil distribution substation system Each oil distribution substation shall meet the requirement of normal working under 21MPa working pressure and output pressure shall be adjustable within 3.5~21MPa.
*(5)Oil distributor Four 1-to-8 oil distributors and two 1-to-4 oil distributors shall be provided; oil distributors shall be convenient to dismount and the joint shall have good tightness, and there shall be a dust protection device.

2.Price of Bidding Document: RMB 2500 or USD 420 for every Package.
Bidding Document is non-refundable (if mail order, with additional RMB 100 or USD 20).
The Bid will be rejected if the Bidder does not purchase the Bidding Documents.
