中国科学院上海技术物理研究所向社会定制：激光分子束外延（MBE）生长复合氧化物薄膜系统。
该系统的主要用于为上海技术物理研究所科学研究服务。根据在研项目要求，该系统主要用于生长高质量复合氧化物外延薄膜材料以及异质结结构。制备出厚度具有几个至几百纳米的钙钛矿结构外延薄膜，包括：BaTiO3、SrTiO3、PbTiO3、PbZrO3、LaAlO3、LaNiO3、SrRuO3等。

二 获取招标文件的办法和时间
合格投标人可从2014年5月8日起至2014年5月27日9:30时至16:00时（北京时间）（节假日除外）到中国电子进出口总公司2112室购买招标文件。本招标文件每套售价为 800 元人民币（含招标文件（范本）第一册、招标文件第二册及电子版一份）售后不退。潜在投标人未领购招标文件的不得参加投标。

Shanghai institute of technical physics of Chinese Academy of science to the social custom: Laser molecular beam epitaxy (MBE) growth composite oxide thin film system.
The system is mainly used to serve scientific research department Shanghai institute of technical physics of Chinese Academy of science. According to the requirements in the research project, the system is mainly used to grow high quality composite oxide epitaxial film materials and heterojunction structure. Preparation of thickness with perovskite structure of several to hundreds of nm epitaxial films, including: BaTiO3、SrTiO3、PbTiO3、PbZrO3、LaAlO3、LaNiO3、SrRuO3, etc.
