动态干涉仪是用来测量大功率激光传输过程中镜片的热变形，镜片的热变形的精密、实时测量对大功率激光系统的内光路设计具有重要意义。
本技术要求对该装置及该装置的主要仪器、设备的技术指标作了明确的规定。

投标人可从2014年5月15日起至2014年5月30日9:30时至16:00时（北京时间）（节假日除外）到中国电子进出口总公司2112室购买招标文件。本招标文件每套售价为 500 元人民币或80美元（含招标文件（范本）第一册、招标文件第二册及电子版一份）售后不退。潜在投标人未领购招标文件的不得参加投标。
