1、 物资名称（Material Name）:

2、 简要功能描述（General Function Description）:
封堵套筒（导管腿）与桩的环形空间的底部，防止水泥浆流出，同时防止海底泥浆进入环形空间。
Used to seal the annulus space between the pile sleeves (jacket leg) and piles, prevent the grout flow out the annulus space and the mud flow in the annulus space.
3、 简要供货范围（General Scope of Supply）:
供货商需要按照规格书和合同规定设计、制造、测试所有封隔器部件，不限于以下部分：
The Vendor shall perform all work necessary to design, manufacture and test all or any of the following components as detailed in this specification and the purchase order.

Pile wiper assemblies,
? 隔膜（若需要）
Diaphragm assemblies (if need)

The extent of supply shall include but not necessarily be limited to the following components:

Inflatable packer elements pre-installed with steel can and all necessary fittings and protective shims.

Each inflatable packer assembly will include necessary fittings and hardware for a primary inflation port to be located above water at the top of jacket and a secondary inflation port to be located on the packer can assembly, all the control lines shall be provided by the vendor.

Vendor shall furnish detailed fabrication drawings of all supplied equipment for approval.

The power station and support service for onshore test and offshore installation
? 供货商还需提供测试材料、测试设备、测试设施
The Vendor shall provide all factory acceptance test materials, equipment and test facilities.

7、 证书（Certifying）:
供货商应取得第三方证书，第三方可从以下船级社中选取：DNV、BV、ABS、Lioyd’s和CCS。取得第三方证书所发生的费用由供货商负责，包括但不限于根据要求进行图纸送审以及邀请第三方验证出厂试验及现场试验等。
The SUPPLIER shall operate and test the complete package in the presence of the Certifying Agency and PURCHASER for acceptance at the Fabrication Yard.
The Certifying Agency shall be chosen by SUPPLIER from any one of the following certifying agencies, i.e. DNV, BV, ABS, Lloyd and CCS. The SUPPLIER shall be responsible for the arrangement of the certifying agency and all cost. The design review report and inspection certificate shall be issued by the certifying agency and transferred to the PURCHASER.

8、 经验和业绩（Experience and Reference）:
供货商所提供的产品应该具有至少在海洋环境条件和/或石化天然气行业成功运行16000小时以上的经验和业绩。
SUPPLIER shall have satisfactory references which have operated for at least 16000 hours under the offshore environment and/or Petroleum, Petrochemical and Natural gas industries.

注：本要求仅适用于向有意向的潜在供应商进行资格预审提供简要说明，并未对技术细节做出规定，卖方应根据本技术要求和现行标准证明其能够提供优质产品的能力。
NOTE: The requirement is only providing general requirement without detail for the penitential supplier to carry out pre-qualification, the interested supplier should identify the capacity of providing good quality facility according to the requirement and current standards and codes.
