NO PORT CALL DANDONG LATEST 6 MONTHS OF THE VESSEL.THE COST AND RISK OF BREAK IWL TO BE OWNERS ACCOUNT.ALL THE BERTH AND DELAY CAUSED BY THE CORONA-VIRUS REQUIREMENT TO VESSEL AND/OR CREW AND/OR RELATIVE TIME(SUCH AS THE TIME WAITING FOR NUCLEIC ACID TESTING, THE PORT REQUIRES A 14/28-DAYS WAITING PERIOD DUE TO THE VESSEL’S REASONS)TO BE AT THE OWNERS ACCOUNT.TIME SPENT WAITING FOR QUARANTINE/NUCLEIC TEST SHALL NOT COUNT AS LAYTIME AND DEMURRAGE.OWNERS/MASTER TO SATISFY THEMSELVES WITH ALL RESTRICTIONS AND REGULATIONS ABOUT EPIDEMIC (SHCH AS CORONA-VIRUS) PREVENTION AT LOAD AND DISCHARGE PORTS. ALL THE TIME AND DELAY CAUSED BY THE CORONA-VIRUS REQUIREMENT TO VESSEL AND/OR CREW AND/OR RELATIVE TIME SHOULD NOT COUNT AS LAYTIME EVEN IF ON DEMURRAGE.UPON THE VESSEL"S DEPARTURE FROM THE LOADING BERTH, NO CHANGE OF CREW OF SAILORS AND OTHER ON-BOARD WORKMEN IS ALLOWED DURING THE ENTIRE VOYAGE FROM LOADING PORT TO DISCHARGING PORT, I.E. NO NEW CREW OR WORKMEN SHALL BE ALLOWED TO SIGN ON DURING THE VOYAGE. OTHERWISE, IN THE EVENT THAT VESSEL IS NOT GRANTED FREE PRATIQUE OR ALLOWED TO BERTH OR UNLOADING AND RESULTS IN THE DELAY OR FAILURE OF SHIPMENT DELIVERY, WHICH IS ATTRIBUTED TO SIGNING ON NEW CREW OR WORKMEN DURING THE VOYAGE, SHIP OWNER SHALL TAKE FULL RESPONSIBILITY OF AND BE LIABLE TO BEAR ALL THE TIME LOST AND ALL THE LOSS, EXPENSES, COST OR FEES OCCURRED AND SUFFERED BY CHARTERER AND CARGO RECEIVER THEREOF.Should Owners fail to present vessel within nominated laycan this will result in all charges associated with delayed shipment to be for their full account including but not limited to terminal charges and sale contract penalty charges.?When nominating performing vessel, Owners must provide full charter party chain from Head Owners through to current Disponent Owners which shall be restricted to a maximum number of four(4) ?parties in total.? It is Owners responsibility to ensure that all parties involved in the charter party chain are reputable and that no lien will be put on the cargo during the carriage of this fixture, with Owners to warrant that this clause be accepted by all parties in the charter party chain.
