2units 11设备总体要求
*11.1新增设备利用现有设备的轨道和滑触线，采用龙门移动式结构，不低于5轴的单面单点型式。设备均为独立结构，X轴长度方向任意位置可进行编程焊接，而不会与其它设备产生干涉。主要包括焊接系统、行走系统、控制系统、加压系统、焊接状态监控系统、冷却及润滑系统等。
11.2生产纲领：8小时／班，1台／班。提供计算说明。
*11.3焊接能力
*11.3.1材质：SUS301L―LT～SUS301L―HT系列，SUS304系列，EN 1.4301系列，EN 1.4318系列以及0Cr18Ni9不锈钢。
*11.3.2最大板厚：三层板2mm+2mm+3mm。点焊不等厚结构件时，最大厚度比例为1：3。
*11.3.3工件尺寸：侧墙25500mmX2500mm，城轨车端墙断面最大厚度120mm，欧系车端墙断面最大厚度250。
*11.3.4焊接速度：点焊频率小于6sec/点。
11.4设备在工作中遇干扰或其他情况暂时停机，干扰解除后能够复位到停机处继续中断的工作。
11.5设备最大占地面积小于82×9m（包含厂房立柱）。
11 General requirements
*11.1 The track and slide-contact power line of existing equipment and movable gantry structure are used for the new equipment which is of single-face and single-point type and has 5 axes at least. The equipment is a standalone structure and programming welding can be implemented at any position in the length direction of X-axis without interference with other equipment. It mainly includes welding system, running system, control system, pressurization system, as-welded monitoring system, cooling system and lubrication system.
11.2 Production program: 8 hours/ shift and1 set/ shift. Statement of calculation shall be provided.
*11.3 Welding capacity
*11.3.1 Material: SUS301L―LT～SUS301L―HT Series, SUS304 Series, EN 1.4301 Series, EN 1.4318 Series and 0Cr18Ni9 stainless steel.
*11.3.2 Maximum thickness of slab: three-ply board 2mm+2mm+3mm. For structural members with different thickness in spot welding, the maximum thickness ratio is 1:3.
*11.3.3 Workpiece dimension: sidewall 25500mm ×2500mm, the maximum thickness of end wall section of urban rail vehicles is 120mm and the maximum thickness of end wall section of European vehicles is 250.
*11.3.4 Welding speed: The rate of spot welding is less than 6 sec/ spot.
11.4 The equipment can continue the suspended work after the interference is relieved and it is restored to the suspension position if it temporarily halts due to interference or other conditions in work.
11.5 The area of land occupied by equipment is less than 82×9m (including plant columns).

投标人应具备的资格或业绩：投标人应具有近三年制造和/或销售本招标要求的同规格或类似设备（不低于本招标要求）的业绩并提供业绩清单，出具销售合同复印件或终验收证明。
Qualifications or Performance：
The bidder must have manufactured and/or have sales achievements of Goods that are with the same specifications as required or similar Goods which criteria is not under the requirements of this project. A list of sales achievements must be provided, copies of sales contracts or Final Acceptance Certificates must be provided.
