| 3)主要技术参数： 1）*检测系统：氧元素使用NDIR红外法检测，使用至少3个红外检测器（CO、CO2低、CO2高）联合测量；氮元素使用TCD热导法检测；各检测器采用独立恒温控制，控制精度优于±0.25℃。2）*气路系统：非运动部件间的气路连接使用不锈钢管道，无泄漏、无污染；流量控制采用质量流量控制器；具有热导检测池流量补偿功能：分析高氧样品时，可根据压力变化自动对进入热导检测池的气流进行补偿。; | |||

| 1)投标条件及资格要求： *投标方需按本标书的要求完成设备的设计、制造、指导安装、调试、试运行及售后服务工作，并按要求提交所需的资料。*投标设备应具有技术成熟、先进、可靠的特点，能够达到国际先进水平，应为进口设备，投标人应提供相关业绩合同证明，若代理商投标，应提供独家授权证明，投标人应具备外汇签约资质；*制造厂家应通过ISO9000认证，具有制造同类设备10年以上经验，并具有一定的产量和规模，在国内有较多用户，（提供至少10家国内机械制造或冶金行业的主要用户名单），使用效果良好。 | |||

| Shanghai Baohua International Tendering Co., Ltd.（Hereinafter referred to as Tendering Agency）is commissioned by （Hereinafter referred to as tenderer）on international open bidding for the following goods required in Oxygen-Nitrogen Analyzer and invites eligible bidders to online e-bidding。 | |||

| 3)Technical specifications： 1）*inspection system：NDIR method is used in measuring O element，at least three infrared detectors (CO、CO2 low、CO2 high) should be used for combined measurement；TCD method is used in measuring N element; each detector use inbridual constant temperature control, precise of temperature control should be better than ±0.25℃.2）*gas system：stainless steel pipeline is used among non moving parts, no leakage and no pollution should be guaranteed；qualified flow control device is adopted in flow control；the system has thermal conductivity test pool flow compensation function：when analyzing sample of O element, the system can compensate the gas flow of thermal conductivity test pool automatically according to the pressure change.; | |||

If the agent attends the bidding, it should provide certificate of exclusive license. The bidder should be equipped with exchange contract qualification；* The manufacturer should pass ISO9000 certificate and have experience of producing similar product with good effect for more than 10 years.
