3、本次招标的合格投标人应满足的资格要求

3.3.1本次招标只接受制造商报名投标,不接受代理商报名投标。

3.3.2要求投标商近三年（2019-2021年）在国陆销售不少于5台，并有良好的使用业绩。提供上述设备销售业绩表（含在制产品），表应列出机床的规格型号、制造年份、用户名称、地址、联系人及联系方式等资料。提供2份以上表示投标设备在这些用户单位使用完好的证明书、用户在技术和工艺方面的评价等书面内容。

The bidder shall provide the record of selling at least 5 sets in China Mainland in previous 3 years (2019 - 2021) with good using performance; provide the sales performance sheet for the said equipment (including work in process), listing the machine size and model number, manufacture year and user"s name, address, contact persons, contact information, etc.; and provide two or more copies of the certificate showing that the biddingequipment is in good use condition in these user units, the users" evaluation on technical and process aspects and other written documents.

3.3.3卖方有在国境内专门的安装、维修和售后服务机构。

The seller shall have special installation, maintenance and after-sale service agencies inside China.

3.4提供主要配套件的生产国家、厂家和型号明细表。

Provide the list of origin countries, manufacturers and model numbers of main partsand components.

3.5招标文件未提出但设备本身具有的各种规格参数，投标商在投标时应全部填入。
