| 1)投标条件及资格要求：（1）投标人应具有设计、制造本标书所规定设备的资质和能力，具有类似机组的供货业绩，对设备的加工能力、质量、使用性能、供货的完整性、安装指导、调试负责。（2）投标人在投标前必须与招标方进行技术交流并草签技术附件。投标人在投标时须提供完整的最终签字版技术附件的扫描件作为投标文件的一部分。如招标文件与草签附件不一致，以招标文件要求为准，同时修正内容需与招标人确认。 | |||

| Shanghai Baohua International Tendering Co., Ltd.（Hereinafter referred to as Tendering Agency）is commissioned by Baosteel Co.,Ltd Cold Rolling Plant（Hereinafter referred to as tenderer）on international open bidding for the following goods required in Sub-equipment Intelligent Transportation System and Semi-automatic Packaging Unit and invites eligible bidders to online e-bidding。 | |||

| 3)Technical specifications：One set of Sub-equipment Intelligent Transportation System and Semi-automatic Packaging Unit used for Automatic revamping of 1550 packaging units of cold rolling mill. The logistics system meets the production rhythm of 46 volume/hour at peak time and the packaging unit meets the packaging capacity of 20 volume/hour. (2)The bidder must conduct technical communication with the tenderee and initial the technical appendix before the bid. When bidding, the bidder shall provide a complete final scanning version of signed technical appendix as one part of the bidding document. If the tendering document has difference with the technical appendix, the tendering document should be seen as benchmark and modification should be taken on technical documents. | |||
