3.2项目负责人资格要求：QualificationrequirementsfortheProjectLeader:
(1)项目负责人应具备以下二个资格要求的其中之一：具备中国的中级或以上技术
职称和二级或以上注册建造师执业资格获得泰国工程师协会颁发的注册工程师证书。
(1)TheProjectLeadershallhaveoneofthefollowingtwoqualifications:1have
mediumorhighertechnicaltitlesandshallbeClassIIorhighercertified
constructorissuedfromChina2shallbeacurrentlycertifiedProfessional
EngineerregisteredintheThailandvianEngineersChamber
(2)项目负赏人须在装饰装修行业具备十年以上工作经验，并且项目负贵人自2012年1
月1日合同签订日期或竣工日期在2012年1月1日之后至今在国内或泰国地区具有至
少一个项目业绩。
上述业绩需提供证明材料须提供合同复印件项目竣工验收证明项目执行期间业主或总
监理工程师来函或由业主法定代表人签署并加盖业主公章的证明文件，材料必须能够反映
时间项目类型项目负责人等必要信息)
(2)TheProjectLeadermusthavemorethan10yearsofworkexperienceinthe
decorationindustry.Plus,theProjectLeadershallhavetheperformanceof
undertakingatleastoneprojectinChinaorThailandsinceJanuary1,2012(Contract
signingorprojectcompletiondateofthecontractisafterJanuary1,2012).
Supportingdocumentsuchascopiesofthecontracts,completioncertificate,
correspondencefromtheEmployerortheEngineerduringtheprojectimplementation,
orthecertificatesignedbythelegalrepresentativeoftheEmployeraffixedwith
officialsealmustbeprovided.Thesupportingdocumentshallreflectthetime,types
oftheproject,andnameoftheprojectleader.
3.3本次招标不接受联合体投标。Thisbiddoesnotacceptjointventuretendering.
3.4与招标人存在利害关系可能影响招标公正性的法人其他组织或者个人，不得参加投标。
单位负贵人为同一人或者存在控股管理关系的不同单位，不得参加同一标段投标或者未划
分标段的同一招标项目投标。递反上述规定的，相关投标均无效。

招标范围包括但不限于以下内容，具体内容详见工作范围。

本招标项下，中标人应负贵提供本工程内容范围内的设计方案设计施工图设计含预算
