Beijing Capital Airlines, an affiliate of HNA Aviation Group, is going to sell one Hawker850XP aircraft in 2022. Now, we as tenderee invite all intent buyer for the aircraft selling bidding. The fundamental info is as follows:

1. Introduction of Bidding

(1)Project Name: Beijing Capital Hawker850XP Selling

(2)Selling Entity: Beijing Capital Airlines Co,. Ltd.

(3)Project Detail: One Hawker850XP aircraft with registration number of N375BC,which is built in 2007.Currently the aircraft is parking at Republic Airport,Farmingdale,NY,U.S.(CODE:KFRG) and under management of Talon Air, the airframe and one engine is not airworthy.Theintendedclosingdate is on orbefore 21July,2022.

(4)Cost: All cost related this bidding shall be borne by bidder. All paper biding document will not be returned no matter if selected to be buyer.

(5)Note: This bidding project does not complied with the legal bidding rules stipulated by the Bidding Law of the People"s Republic of China. The bidding process shall be independently formulated by the tenderee, and the bidding rules are detailed in the invitation for bidding. The subsequent price comparison negotiation will be conducted with the shortlisted aircraft buyer to determine the aircraft buyer of our company.

2. The form of Bidding

(1)Each intend buyer shall submit the KYC and company qualification paper within the specified period. After the examination and approval of the bidding inviter, the bidding inviter will send the invitation and detail RFP to the bidder by email, and notify the intended buyer to send the bidding documents to bidding inviter.

(2)Time limit for bidding announcement

The bidding notice period is 7 days, please all intend buyer sign up within the notice period.

(3)The deadline for bidding opening

The deadline of the intend buyer"s bidding and the time of the bid inviter"s bid opening shall be subject to the notice in the invitation for bidding.

3. Requirementsof sign up

(1)Qualification materials requirements:

1)Certificate of legal representative (if any)

2)Power of attorney (including IDcard copy of authorized person)

3)Audited financial reports for the last three years

4)Other information (company profile, taxpayer certificate, bank credit rating certificate, etc.)

The above information shall be affixed with the official seal of the registration unit or signed by the legal rep or attorney.

(2)Registration time and contact information

1)The deadline for bidding registration is 17:00, May 31, 2022,Beijing Time. All intend buyer should register before the deadline. The intend buyer shall fill in the attached Bidding Registration Form and send to the Contact person with the qualification materials to the mailbox designated by the tenderee via email. Late application or incomplete application information will not be accepted.
