project requirements：根据天津市污染防治攻坚战指挥部办公室印发《天津市钢铁行业超低排放改造实施方案》的通知实施方案，为提高清洁方式，减少汽运，对我公司皮带机系统进行改造，提高皮带机运输能力。该方案需要在三煤气厂区内新建皮带机转运站4座，新建皮带机7条、全封闭通廊4条，改造皮带机3条，改造全封闭通廊3条，新建一座除尘器。改造主要涉及土建、设备、自动化控制等专业，需要专业的设计公司来进行整体设计。
qualification requirements on applicant：1.具有一般纳税人资格的境内单位或企业法人，具有有效期内的营业执照（三证合一）、法人授权委托书（含法人、被授权人身份证复印件）、被授权人近12个月社保缴纳记录及劳动合同、银行开户证明。2.资质：具备化工石化医药行业（化工工程）专业甲级及以上设计资质。3.业绩：具有近三年类似专业的业绩（需提供至少三个不同合作厂家的合同以及对应发票）。4.投标人近三年来在招标活动中没有骗取中标、违约或欺诈行为、提供虚假资料、传统投标等不良行为；5.凡有意参与报名单位请按照要求提供资质业绩，同时签订《廉洁诚信合作承诺书》，随资质业绩一起提供，协议文本请与业务人员联系索取。6.以上资料需提供原件或复印件加盖公章。7.注册资金≧100万元
