| 4)资金来源：自筹资金(现汇项目); | |||

| 1)投标条件及资格要求： 1、本次招标设备采用国际先进技术，整体引进，投标时提供历史报关单，设备供货后提供原产地证明。2、投标方所提供的锌铁合金专用测试仪必须有与本招标设备规格相同的4套以上的成功供货经验和良好使用业绩，并提供至少2份用户使用证明或2份有用户签字的技术服务报告。3、投标方为制造商或制造商本项目唯一授权人（需提供证明），且具备签订外贸合同资质。 | |||

| 1)Requirements of Bidder’s qualification： 1, the bidding equipment adopts international advanced technology, the overall introduction, when bidding history provide customs declaration, after equipment suppliers to provide proof of origin. 2, zinc iron alloy provided by the bidder dedicated tester must be the same as this tender equipment specification of 4 sets of experience of the success of the supply and use good performance, and provide at least two users use certificate or 2 report in respect of technical service users. 3, bidders for manufacturer or manufacturers only authorized person (certificate) is required to provide the project, and is a foreign trade contract. | |||
