金鹏航空CFM56-7B发动机采购项目招标公告

金鹏航空一台CFM56-7B26E发动机于2020年遭受鸟击，后续送修检查发现部件报废率过高超经济修理需报废，现需重新采购一台CFM56-7B26E发动机。诚邀各单位前来报名参与投标，基本情况如下：

一、招标项目简介

（一）招标项目名称：

金鹏航空采购一台CFM56-7B26E发动机。

（二）招标单位：

金鹏航空股份有限公司

（三）项目概况：

金鹏航空一台CFM56-7B遭受鸟击，经评估需报废，现需重新采购一台CFM56-7B26E发动机。

（四）投标费用：

投标人应承担其标书准备与递交等涉及的一切费用，不管投标结果如何，全部费用由投标人负担，投标人的投标文件均不退回。

（五）招标要求

采购发动机的技术状况要求

1.CFM56-7B26E构型

2.首轮末期或第二轮刚完成修理的7B26E型号发动机。

（六）招标说明：

该招标项目不属于《中华人民共和国招投标法》强制要求适用法定招投标规则的项目类型，该招标流程由招标方自主制定，招标规则详见招标邀请书。本次招标邀请评比结果为招标方确定二次谈判入围供应商，后续招标方将通过与入围供应商开展比价谈判确定我公司最终合作供应商。

二、招投标形式

（一）招标形式

各有意向供应商在规定时间内提交企业资质并完成报名，经招标方审核通过后，招标方将以邮件形式发送招标邀请书明确招投标具体要求，并通知供应商将投标文件邮寄给招标方。

（二）招标公告期限

本招标公告期为2022年9月7日至2022年9月22日，请意向供应商在公告期限内向招标方报名。

（三）投标截止时间和开标时间

供应商投标截止时间和招标方开标时间以招标邀请书通知为准。

三、报名要求

（一）供应商资质材料要求：

1.营业执照（境外企业需等同）

2.法定代表人资格证明书（如有）

3.法人授权委托书（含被授权人身份证复印件）

4.其他资料（企业简介、一般纳税人证明、银行信用等级证书等）

上述资料需加盖报名单位公章或报名单位被授权人签字。

CFM56-7B Engine Procurement Project Bidding Announcement Of Suparna AirlinesCompany Limited

One CFM56-7B26E engine of Suparna Airlines was suffered from bird stirke in 2020. It was found that the scrapping rate of parts was too high in subsequent repair inspection and it needs to be scrapped for economic repair. Now it is necessary to repurchase one CFM56-7B26Eengine. All units are sincerely invited to register and participate in the bidding. The basic information is as follows:

1、 Introduction to bidding project

（1） Name of bidding project:

Jinpeng aviation purchased a cfm56-7b26e engine.

（2） Tenderee:

Jinpeng Aviation Co., Ltd

（3） Project Overview:

One CFM56-7B26Eof Jinpeng Airlines was suffered from bird stirke and needs to be scrapped after evaluation. Now it is necessary to re purchase a CFM56-7B26Eengine.

（4） Bid cost:

The bidder shall bear all costs involved in the preparation and submission of its bid. Regardless of the bidding results, all costs shall be borne by the bidder, and the bidder"s bid documents will not be returned.

（5） Bidding requirements

Technical condition requirements of purchased engine

1. CFM56-7B26Econfiguration

2. 7b26e engine repaired at the end of the first round or just after the second round.

（6） Bidding instructions:

The bidding project does not belong to the project type that is required by the bidding law of the people"s Republic of China to apply the statutory bidding rules. The bidding process is independently formulated by the tenderee. See the invitation for bids for the bidding rules. The evaluation result of this invitation to bid is that the bid inviter will determine the shortlisted suppliers in the second negotiation, and the bid inviter will determine the final cooperative suppliers of our company through price comparison negotiation with the shortlisted suppliers.

2、 Bidding form

（1） Bidding form

All interested suppliers shall submit their enterprise qualifications and complete the registration within the specified time. After being reviewed and approved by the bid inviter, the bid inviter will send the invitation to bid in the form of e-mail to clarify the specific requirements of bidding and inform the suppliers to mail the bidding documents to the bid inviter.

（2） Bidding announcement period

The bidding announcement period is from September 7, 2022 to September 22, 2022. Please register with the tenderee within the announcement period.

（3） Deadline for bid submission and time for bid opening

The deadline for suppliers to submit bids and the bid opening time of the tenderee shall be subject to the notice in the invitation to bid.

3、 Registration requirements:

（1） Supplier qualification material requirements:

1. Business license (equivalent for overseas enterprises)

2. Qualification certificate of legal representative (if any)

3. Power of attorney of legal person (including copy of ID card of the authorized person)

4. Other materials (enterprise profile, general taxpayer certificate, bank credit rating certificate, etc.)

The above materials shall be stamped with the official seal of the applicant or signed by the authorized person of the applicant.

All prospective suppliers should submit their applications to the public mailbox of Jinpeng aviation procurement department by email before the deadline for registration hcgls@yzr.com.cn Sign up.
