3、投标人资格要求

投标人应具备的资格或业绩：1、凡满足上述要求的凡是来自中华人民共和国或是与中华人民共和国有正常贸易往来的国家或地区(以下简称“合格来源国/地区”)的法人或其他组织均可投标； 2、非投标货物制造商投标时，必须取得投标货物制造商的有效授权；同一制造商的设备，只允许一个有效申请人参加投标。同一制造商生产的设备，如有制造商和代理商参加投标，只选择制造商为合格投标人。同一制造商生产的设备，如有多个代理商参加投标，则仅接受有制造商出具的针对本项目唯一授权的代理商为合格投标人； 3、本项目不接受联合体投标。

3.Qualification Requirements For Bidder
