| 1)投标条件及资格要求：1）投标方应具备丰富的热冲压设备制造及其运行经验，且具备良好的供货业绩，投标方在全球范围内已交付并稳定运行辊式热冲压生产线数量不低于10条，同时需具有给大众或通用提供热冲压生产线的供货业绩。2）为了让投标人更好地理解招标文件的要求，投标人须在开标5日前与招标人完成交流，投标人的投标技术文件以与招标方技术交流确认的技术附件为准。若该技术附件与招标文件有矛盾之处，以招标文件为准。 | |||

| 1)Requirements of Bidder’s qualification：1)The bidder should have abundant experience in manufacturing and operating of hot stamping equipment, and good supply performance, the quantity of hot stamping production line of roller type should not less than 10 lines, which has been delivered and in stable operation on a global scale, at the same time has the supply performance of hot stamping production line for Volkswagen and GM.2)To facilitate better understanding of requirements in the tendering document by the bidder, the bidder shall complete communication with the tenderer five days before the bid opening. Technical appendix communicated and confirmed with the tendering side will prevail as technical bidding document of the bidder. If the technical appendix has contradictions with the tendering document, the tendering document shall prevail. | |||
| Bid2：Hot stamping Electric Furnace | |||
| 1)Requirements of Bidder’s qualification： 1) The bidder shall have rich manufacturing and running experience of the roller-hearth hot stamping electric heating furnace equipment and there shall be more than 4 sets of the the roller-hearth hot stamping electric heating furnace equipment which have been delivered with stable operation in recent three years. At the same time, the bidder shall have the supply performance of providing the roller-hearth electric heating furnace for the Volkswagen group or General Motors Corporation.2) In order to offer better requirements understanding to the bidder, the bidder should finish exchange with the tenderee 5 days before the bid opening. The technical document from the bidder should be based on the technical attachment confirmed during the technical exchange between the bidder and the tenderee. In case there is any conflict between the technical appendix and the bidding documents, the bidding document shall prevail. | |||
