*（1）本次招标设备洛氏硬度试验机的品牌型号为QATM的QnessQ150R、威尔逊（Wilson）的RH2150或技术指标相当于以上品牌、型号的设备；

*（2）本次招标设备全自动洛氏硬度试验机（端淬专用）的品牌型号为QATM的QnessQ150A+、威尔逊的UH4250或技术指标相当于以上品牌、型号的设备。

资金来源：现汇项目

2. 交货地点和交货时间：

交货地点：马钢检测中心产成品二作业区项目现场

交货时间：合同签订后4个月内CIP南京或上海机场

4. 购买招标文件时间：2022年10月01日起到2022年10月12日止。

5. 招标文件费：招标文件英文版及中文版一套（电子版），若中文和英文版有冲突以中文版为准。

招标文件均按标段进行计价出售，投标人成功购标后，自行下载招标文件和投标文件模板。招标文件一经售出不得退还。

6. 投标截止时间和开标时间：2022年10月27日09时00分（北京时间）。投标人应于投标截止时间前在宝华智慧招标共享平台成功递交所有电子投标文件。

9. *对投标人的资格要求：

（1）投标人为制造商的资格要求：1）中国关境外制造商须在其所在地注册登记；2）中国关境内制造商须具有营业执照。投标人为贸易商或代理商的资格要求：1）关境外投标人应在当地注册；2）中国关境内贸易商或代理商具有有效的营业执照；3）中国关境内、关境外贸易商或代理商均须获得制造商的授权；

（2）投标产品（同品牌）具有2019年1月1日（含，以合同签订时间为准）至今洛氏硬度试验设备供货业绩，具有相关业绩合同影印件（合同影印件中货物名称、技术参数、签章及签约时间页面须清晰可辨，必要时提供技术协议或业主证明材料、网站截图等补充证明材料）；

（3）未列入宝武集团禁入名单的供应商。
