百汇公司股权划转公告

　　上海飞机制造有限公司拟将持有的上海百汇房地产开发有限公司33%的股权转让给上海航空工业（集团）有限公司。相关债权债务也一并转移。请债权人自本公告刊登之日起30日内向本公司申报债权，特此公告。

　　Shanghai Aircraft Manufacturing Co.,Ltd intends to transfer 33% of its equity of Shanghai Baihui Real Estate Development Co.,Ltd to Shanghai Aviation Industry (Group)Co.,Ltd. Creditor’ rights and Debts will be also transferred. The creditors are requested to declare their creditor’s claims to the company within 30 days from the date of this announcement，and hereby announce.
