Entrusted by Inner Mongolia Yitai Chemical Co., Ltd., invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the supply and related service of the Equipment Procurement,and the bidding announcement is issued on April, 23th ,2015 .

1.3 项目已具备招标条件的说明：本项目已经内蒙古自治区发展和改革委员会《内发改产业字【2012】2431号》批准。

2.1 项目实施地点：内蒙古鄂尔多斯杭锦旗独贵塔拉工业园区南项目区锦泰精细化工园。

投标人资格要求：Bidder Qualification Requirements
3.1投标人应具备的资格：

The Bidder should have the following qualification:

3.1.1、制造商应是中国境外的法人资格企业，具有独立订立合同及履行合同的能力； The manufacturer should a legal person and outside the territory of China, has the independent ability to enter into a contract and the performance of the contract.

3.1.2、制造商需提供本国主管部门批准的相关资质文件,具有履行合同所必需的设计及生产制造能力及售后服务能力；

The manufacturers need to provide the relevant qualification documentsapproved by national authorities, and is required for the implementation of the contract design and manufacturing capability and after sale service ability;

3.1.3、不接受代理商。Sale Agent is not accepted.

3.1.4、投标产品原产地必须为中国境外；

The bidding product origin must be outside the territory of china;

3.1.5、具有完善的质量管理体系及认证证明；

The bidder should have a complete QMS and certification of proof;

3.1.6、法律、法规规定的其他条件；

Other conditions prescribed by laws and regulations

3.2 是否接受联合体投标：不接受。

Bidders of Joint venture are not accepted.

3.3 未在内蒙古自治区机械设备成套有限责任公司登记并领购招标文件的潜在投标人不得参加投标。

The potential bidders who have not registered in Inner Mongolia Machine Equipment Complete Co., Ltd. or procured the tendering documents are not accepted.

3.4 投标人应具备的资格或业绩：卖方应按请购文件要求提供相近工况条件的产品在中国境内连续成功运行三年以上的业绩，数量不少于3个，以合同签署时间为准，时间范围为2008年至2012年。

The bidder should have the qualification or performance: the seller should provide the performance sheet to provide the products with similar working conditions in the territory of Chinese continuous successfully operated for more than three years according to the requirements of the documents, the performance number can not be less than 3 from 2008 to 2012, with the signing of the contract time.
