Urumqi Airlines, a subsidiary of HNA Aviation Group, plans to sell two Boeing 737-800 passenger aircraft. The buyer will complete P2F conversion and lease the aircraft to designated Tianjin Air Cargo which is also a subsidiary of HNA Aviation Group. Urumqi Airlines and Tianjin Air Cargo will take a joint open tendering to determine the buyer . Now, we as tenderee invite all intent buyer for the aircraft selling bidding. The fundamental info is as follows:

1. Introduction of Bidding

(1)Project Name: Urumqi Airlines and Tianjin Air Cargo on the sale of two Boeing 737-800 aircraft and directional leasing project.

(2)Selling Entity:

Urumqi Airlines Co., Ltd(Urumqi Airlines)

Tianjin Air Cargo Co., Ltd(Tianjin Air Cargo)

(3)Project Detail:

Urumqi Airlines plans to sell two Boeing 737-800 passenger aircraft, the buyer will complete P2F conversion and lease the aircraft to Tianjin Air Cargo. The aircrafts to be sold are B-2157 and B-2159, the intended delivery date to Tianjin Air Cargo is June and September 2023, respectively.

(4)Cost: All cost related to this bidding shall be borne by bidder. All paper biding document will not be returned no matter if selected to be buyer.

(5)Note: This bidding project does not complied with the legal bidding rules stipulated by the Bidding Law of the People"s Republic of China. The bidding process shall be independently formulated by the tenderee, and the bidding rules are detailed in the invitation for bidding. The subsequent price comparison negotiation will be conducted with the shortlisted aircraft buyer to determine the aircraft buyer.

2. The form of Bidding

(1)Each intend buyer shall submit the KYC and company qualification paper within the specified period. After the examination and approval of the bidding inviter, the bidding inviter will send the invitation and detail RFP to the bidder by email, and notify the intended buyer to send the bidding documents to bidding inviter.

(2)Time limit for bidding announcement

The bidding notice period is 11 business days, please all intend buyer to the bid inviter within the notice period.

(3)the deadline for bidding opening

The deadline of the intend buyer"s bidding and the time of the bid inviter"s bid opening shall be subject to the notice in the invitation for bidding.

3. Qualification materials requirements:

(2)Certificate of legal representative (if any)

(3)Power of attorney (including ID card copy of authorized person)

(4)Audited financial reports for the last three years

(5)Other information (company profile, taxpayer certificate, bank credit rating certificate, etc.)

The above information shall be affixed with the official seal of the registration unit or signed by the legal rep or attorney.
