project requirements：目前所使用天燃气报警系统中使用成都“鑫豪斯”品牌产品，此次招标内容涉及按照国家及行业相关标准，年度进行更换报警器探头、紧急切断阀及相关天燃气管道除锈、刷指示色、更换破损管线套管等项，所更换设施设备确保能够与现有设备匹配，正常工作且需通过国家认可资质的第三方专业年度检测（相关检测报告能够在国家专业信息平台进行查询），并在服务周期内提供售后服务。

qualification requirements on applicant：（1）企业营业执照（组织机构代码证、税务登记证、营业执照三证合一）；（2）法人资格证明书和报名代表授权委托书（授权书必须有法人签名或盖私章。附法人及授权人身份证复印件，法人亲自报名无需提供授权委托书）。（3）投标人具有燃气安检及设备安装的相应资质证书。（4）投标单位的业绩案例（不少于三个）。（5）以上所需资料，复印件均需加盖公章。（6）企业注册资金≥100万，注册时间一年以上
