project requirements：1.炼钢厂渣跨车间需要将车间东西两侧共6个车间大门安装电动卷帘门进行封堵（含框架及电缆铺设等施工），另外车间彩钢板及阳光板多次损坏需进行更换。卷帘门总面积约406平米，彩钢板更换约2000平米，阳光板约400平米；2.砌包间车间窗户现为铁框架玻璃窗户，经多年使用玻璃多处破损，铁框架腐蚀严重，导致窗户密封效果不理想，为彻底解决问题，将现窗户拆除后改为阳光板封堵，总面积约为1200平米。
qualification requirements on applicant：1.具有一般纳税人资格的境内单位或企业法人，具有有效期内的营业执照（三证合一），建筑业企业资质证书、银行开户证明，法人授权委托书，授权委托人近一年社保记录、劳动合同，安全生产许可证，无不良行为承诺，农民工工资发放承诺书（报名时请将此附件在“其他附件”上传）；2.资质要求：建筑工程施工总承包叁级及以上资质或其他相应叁级及以上资质；注册资金大于等于500万；3.业绩：有类似工程项目业绩优先考虑（需提供至少三个不同合作厂家的合同及相关付款凭证）；4.投标人近三年来在招标活动中没有骗取中标、违约或欺诈行为、提供虚假资料、传统投标等不良行为；5.凡有意参与报名单位请按照要求提供资质业绩，同时签订《廉洁诚信合作协议》，随资质业绩一起提供，协议文本见平台招标文件附件；6.以上资料需提供原件或复印件加盖公章；
