project requirements：（1）乙方已知晓天津钢铁集团有限公司和炼铁厂的各项规章制度，并承诺严格遵守，且岗位人员服从作业区管理。（2）乙方已知晓甲方安全规程和操作技术规程，并承诺按照该规程进行工作。（3）因乙方原因造成的安全环保事故、生产事故，乙方应承担相应赔偿责任，甲方不承担任何责任。（4）甲方有权对乙方进行考核，考核将按照天津钢铁集团有限公司现场管理办法、安全管理考核办法和炼铁厂环保管理考核办法、现场管理办法、安全管理考核奖励规定等规定执行，对于乙方违反甲方相关制度，受到处罚的，甲方有权在承包费用中给予扣除。（5）对乙方的用工要求：此项目需用工40人，要求乙方派出的从事承包工作的人员为乙方正式职工（建立正式劳动合同关系），且为上述人员缴纳了相关社会保险（特别是工伤保险），人员年龄小于60岁，身体健康。（6）受疫情影响，人员出勤不能满足甲方最低用工要求（居家人员需提供街道证明），若乙方能够保质保量完成承接工作内容，可酌情减免因出勤人数不足项的考核。

qualification requirements on applicant：1、资质文件：营业执照、法人授权委托书（含法人、被授权人身份证复印件）、银行开户许可证或证明、被授权人近12个月的社保证明。2、注册资金≥200万元；3、具备一定的资金实力；接受天津钢铁集团有限公司的付款方式；4、业绩：近三年类似项目业绩（需提供至少三个不同合作厂家的合同）。5、凡有意参与报名单位请按照要求提供资质业绩，同时签订《廉洁诚信合作协议》，随资质业绩一起提供，协议文本请与联系人联系索取；6、以上资料需提供原件或复印件加盖公章。
