1.1.3钢样、渣样、棒样样盒148个

1.2全自动制样设备

1.2.1切割铣样一体机2台新增，连接到自动制样、分析系统。

1.2.2气体冲样机2台新增，连接到自动制样、分析系统。

1.2.3自动铣样机改造2台自动化改造，连接到自动制样、分析系统。

1.2.4自动磨样机改造2台自动化改造，连接到自动制样、分析系统。

1.2.5全自动铣床收屑装置1套新增。多工位（管道、集中收屑收集台）

1.3自动传输系统

1.3.1大机械手2台新增。样品传递，伺服马达控制6 轴处理系统

1.3.2横向样品交叉单元1套新增。连接机械手之间

1.4自动分析系统

1.4.1气体自动分析系统改造1套利旧一台氧氮仪、一台碳硫仪改造

为自动分析系统。含自动化控制软件一套；C/S分析仪改造的接口、软件升级；电子天平；助熔剂分配器；样品/标样存样及等待位装置；坩埚存放架；两管以上坩埚焙烧炉1台；配套小型机械手1台。

2. 交货地点和交货时间：

交货地点：国产设备到项目现场，进口设备FOB

交货时间：合同签订后10个月交货

9. *对投标人的资格要求：

（1）未被国家企业信用信息公示系统(www.gsxt.gov.cn)列入严重违法失信企业名单;

（2）未被“信用中国”网站(www.creditchina.gov.cn)列入失信被执行人名单;

（3）投标人如为制造商或集成商，应具备有效的ISO9000系列质量体系认证书之一。不允许代理商投标，但投标人与制造商或集成商为同一集团的则不受此约束。在此情况下，投标人需提供制造商或集成商的授权委托书；

（4）投标人必须是依法成立的法人或其他组织，法人注册资本不小于1000万元人民币或等值外币（按投标日汇率折算）；

（5）投标人具有4年内（2018年1月至2021年12月）内不少于1套（含）炼钢炉前检化验实验室风动送样系统、自动化加工、分析系统业绩；

（6）投标人所提供的各种资格证书、许可证、授权证书等（在有效期内）必须真实,如有伪造、涂改、虚假,一经发现作为废标。

（3）The bidder shall be a manufacturer or integrator holding one of the valid certificates of ISO9000 series. In such case, the bidder shall present the letter of authorization from the manufacturer or integrator.
