所有输送线配变频设定，方向均可反向运行；

3）捆扎机

稳定运行速度不低于30垛/小时；

包装带熔接方式为电加热式；

4）裹包机

稳定运行速度不低于30垛/小时；

2. 交货地点和交货时间：

交货地点：CIF上海港(适用于关境外交货）；安徽宝钢制罐有限公司项目现场(适用于关境内交货）

交货时间：中标通知书发出之日起12个月内具备投标人工厂交货条件

3.*凡确认投标的投标人请登录中国国际招标网平台（http://www.chinabidding.com），务必在开标前注册为其会员并通过年检以获得投标资格，中标情况将在中国国际招标网公示。

4. 购买招标文件时间：2023年02月11日起到2023年02月20日止。

5. 招标平台使用费：招标文件英文版及中文版一套（电子版），若中文和英文版有冲突以中文版为准。

招标文件均按标段进行计价出售，投标人成功购标后，自行下载招标文件和投标文件模板。招标文件一经售出不得退还。

6. 投标截止时间和开标时间：2023年03月07日13时30分（北京时间）。投标人应于投标截止时间前在宝华智慧招标共享平台成功递交所有电子投标文件。

9. *对投标人的资格要求：

1）未被国家企业信用信息公示系统(www.gsxt.gov.cn)列入严重违法失信企业名单;

2）未被“信用中国”网站(www.creditchina.gov.cn)列入失信被执行人名单;

3）投标人应具有与招标设备相当的同类设备的供货业绩，且所供同类设备至少在3条两片罐生产线上有应用实绩。

4）不接受代理商投标。

1）Stacker

The cardboard may be conveyed by translation instead of mechanical arm.

2）Stacking conveyor line

The variable frequency setting shall be provided for all conveyor lines, so that the equipment can operate in opposite direction;

3）Strapping machine

The stable running speed shall not be lower than 30 stacks/hour;

4）Wrapping machine

The stable running speed shall not be lower than 30 stacks/hour;

Deliverytime：Be available for EXW delivery within12 months after the bid award notice is issued.

Deliveryplace：CIF Shanghai Port ( applicable for delivery outside the customs area); Delivery to the project site of Anhui Baosteel Can Making Co., Ltd. (applicable for delivery inside customs)
