On behalf of the Employer, ChinaTelecom Global Limited, we are pleased to invite your Company to expressinterest in tendering for the FoundationWorksfor the captioned Project.For your information, the project particularsare as follows: -

Shouldyou beinterestedto tenderfor the captioned works, pleasesubmittherequiredinformation inthe“Prequalification Submission Checklist” together with the completed checklist, provide a link to download the wholepackage of submission, and sent the linkby email to “cedric.but@hk.rlb.com”on or before 12:00 noon 20thFebruary2023: -

If there is a controlling(i.e., one applicant directly or indirectly holding 50% or more of shares ofanother applicant) or management relationship between the applicant and anotherapplicant, these applicants shall not separately submit proposals to the sametender and they shall also not submit proposals to different tenders within aproject of CTG.

a)Detailsof your company including company profile, company organization chart, names ofparent holding company and subsidiary companies (if any) and date ofestablishment in Hong Kong;

b)Financialdata of your company for the past 3 years;

c)Detailsof all contracts currently in hand and details of all contracts being tendered.The information should include projectand client name, contract sum, scope of works, and project completion dates;

d)Recordof minimum 2 completed foundation (scope includes socketed steel H-pile)projects in HK in the past 5 years at a contract cost of minimum HK$60M;

e)Writtenconfirmation for

i)Beinglisted as Specialist Contractor for land piling or Group C Contractor inBuilding Category for Public Works on the website of Development Bureau &

ii)Notbeing listed on probation / suspension from tendering by Development Bureau inpast 5 years;

f)Recordfor accident rates in the past 3 years in Hong Kong;

g)Recordfor fatality rates in the past 3 years in Hong Kong;

h)Recordfor number of court / arbitration cases in the past 5 years in Hong Kong;

i)Writtenconfirmation for not forming joint-venture with other company;

j)Onecopy of your Company’s Business Registration Certificate;

k)Completedand duly signed form of Expression of Interest (Appendix I); and

l)One soft copy of completed, dulysigned with common seal Confidentiality Undertaking (Appendix II) and one hardcopy of the same to15/F, Goldin Financial Global Centre, 17 Kai CheungRoad, Kowloon Bay, Kowloon, Hong Kong (Attention: Mr. Cedric But)
