3、投标人资格要求
投标人应具备的资格或业绩:Manufacture’s qualification and performance:
1.Have design, manufacture and grinding process integration ability of machining of extremelyhard cutting tool, grinding of CNC machine tool
2.The CNC Five-axis Blade Grinder shall be the newest quality in international extremely hard cutting tool manufacturing and grinding field, and have been put into use for more than 2 years, in the meanwhile shall have been used by more than 5 tool manufactures or grinding center in China in last 3 years, and no serious quality problem exists.
3. The bidder shall provide sale experience of manufacture of the equipment, and provide list of clients and provide the related certification (list of clients including their contact ways, and copies of contracts including main contents such as contract parties, contract goods and its quantity, and the original ones be prepared for check, or copies of Bid-winning Notice and the original ones be prepared for check).
