交货时间：合同签订后9个月内FOB

9. *对投标人的资格要求：

（1）未被国家企业信用信息公示系统(www.gsxt.gov.cn)列入严重违法失信企业名单;

（2）未被“信用中国”网站(www.creditchina.gov.cn)列入失信被执行人名单;

（3）投标人或投标设备制造商在2017年1月至投标截止日（以合同签订日期为准）应具有同类红外炉设备供货业绩；

Bids from bidders who fail to sign the technical agreement will be rejected. In the event of difference between the signed technical agreement and the tendering document, the latter shall prevail.
