煤气鼓风机的配置：

基本形式为：鼓风机→增速箱→电机，流量调节方式采用变频调节或前导叶片调节（若采用变频调节，变频器及变频器柜的价格需包括在投标报价中）。

鼓风机机组由鼓风机、增速箱、主电机、自动盘车装置、润滑系统、油冷却器、PLC控制柜、测量仪表、机组的地脚螺栓螺母、垫板、鼓风机进出口配对法兰、鼓风机进出口软连接等组成。

*风机叶片叶盘整体一体化铣制，不得焊接。*鼓风机叶轮：钛材或不锈钢（1.4313）*主轴：不低于35CrMo，详见招标技术文件。

资金来源：现汇项目

2. 交货地点和交货时间：

交货地点：国外设备：FOB装运港；国内设备：DDP项目现场

交货时间：合同生效后15个月内

9. *对投标人的资格要求：

（1）未被国家企业信用信息公示系统(www.gsxt.gov.cn)列入严重违法失信企业名单;

（2）未被“信用中国”网站(www.creditchina.gov.cn)列入失信被执行人名单;

（3）投标人如为制造商或集成商，应具备有效的ISO9000系列质量体系认证书之一或为宝钢股份设备资材采购中心A3及以上供应商。

（4）投标人如为代理商，其代理产品的制造商应具备有效的ISO9000系列质量体系认证书之一，应具备设备制造商出具的唯一授权书。

（5）投标人具备自1997年1月起至今在类似环境不低于10台（套）的煤气鼓风机设备供货业绩。
