数量：各1套

技术规格：

（1)自动辊环磨床1套磨床拟采用成形磨削，所需磨削的工件为碳化钨辊环；磨削辊环直径范围：140mm～250mm；

设备应具备以下功能：a.进行辊环的外圆和孔型的磨削加工，可实现成形磨削功能；b.实现工件在线自动测量功能；C.实现工件自动夹紧功能 ；

（2）自动砂轮修整机1套砂轮修整机所需磨削修整的工件为金刚石砂轮；

砂轮修整机基本配置要求如下：a.集成摄像头和成像系统；b.系统支持 DWG/DXF 文件处理；c.设备自带除尘过滤系统；

待修整的工件为金刚石砂轮，砂轮直径160～350mm，工件砂轮最大厚度50mm；砂轮片修磨半径Max=30mm。

2. 交货地点和交货时间：

交货地点：国内设备交货项目现场，引进设备交货装运港口

交货时间：合同生效后11个月内

9. *对投标人的资格要求：

（1）投标人必须在中华人民共和国境内外依法成立，法人注册资本不小于300万美元或等值人民币（按开标日汇率折算）。

（2）投标人自2015年1月1日起至今，具有高速棒线材辊环磨床的供货业绩。

（3）本项目不接受代理商投标。

（4）由于项目复杂，技术要求高，任何投标人希望参与本项目均应在开标前与招标人联系开展技术交流并在开标之日前签署技术附件，未能签订技术附件的投标人，其投标将被否决；技术附件签字必须在招标人组织下完成；联系人：王汝军，联系方式139*****060。如签订的技术协议与招标文件不一致，以招标文件要求为准，另以附页的形式对技术协议进行修正。

Technicalspecifications：

(1) Automatic roller ring grinding machine 1 set of grinding machine is proposed to adopt form grinding, and the workpiece to be ground is tungsten carbide roller ring; Grinding roller ring diameter range: 140mm~250mm;

The equipment should have the following functions: a. Grinding the outer circle and pass of the roller ring to achieve the form grinding function; B. Realize the online automatic measurement function of workpiece; C. Realize automatic workpiece clamping function;

(2) An automatic grinding wheel dressing machine requires a diamond grinding wheel as the workpiece for grinding and dressing;

The basic configuration requirements for the grinding wheel dressing machine are as follows: a. Integrated camera and imaging system; B. The system supports DWG/DXF file processing; C. The equipment is equipped with a dust removal and filtration system;

The workpiece to be trimmed is a diamond grinding wheel with a diameter of 160-350mm and a maximum thickness of 50mm; Grinding radius of grinding wheel piece Max=30mm.

2.Deliverytime and place：

Deliverytime：Within 11 months after the contract takes effect.

Deliveryplace：The domestic equipment shall be delivered at the site of the Project, and the imported equipment shall be delivered at the port of shipment.

9. *Requirementsof Bidder’s qualification：

(1）The Bidder must be incorporated according to law inside or outside the territory of the People’s Republic of China, with the registered capital of the legal person not less than USD 3.00 million or equivalent amount in RMB (Converted at the exchange rate on the bid opening date).

（2）Since January 1, 2015, the Bidder shall have the performance in supply of the high-speed rod and wire roller ring grinding machine.

（3）Agent bidding is not acceptable for this project.

（4）Due to the complexity and the high technical requirements of the Project, any Bidder desiring to participate in the Project shall contact the Tenderer for technical exchanges before the bid opening and sign the technical appendix before the bid opening date. The bid submitted by the Bidder who fails to sign the technical appendix will be rejected. The technical appendix must be signed under the organization by the Tenderer.
