技术规格：

（1）主传动电机采用交流异步电机，防护等级IP55。电动机的制造符合IEC或国家现行的有关标准、规范要求。过载能力通用要求：1.15倍额定电流长期运行，1.5倍额定电流运行1分钟每5分钟工作周期。

（2）本项目KOCKS轧机后（含）主轧机传动整流装置采用能保持直流母线电压稳定的主动型（AFE有源前端）IGBT 整流装置，即ABB的ISU型、SIEMENS的ALM型或相当。

（3）主传动电机的传动装置采用低压交直交变频调速装置，AC690V。交流主传动（低压）变频调速系统采用全数字 AC-DC-AC变频调速装置，采用公共直流母线方式配置，即公共整流单元和独立的逆变单元配置。

（4）交流变频辅传动系统采用多传动方案，采用公共直流母线供电方式。

（5）各PLC系统采用电仪合一的方式分别实现各区域工艺设备、单体设备以及公辅介质系统的电气控制和仪表控制，通过工业以太网完成PLC间和OS、ES站之间通讯。

交货时间：境外投标人：合同签订后10个月内CIF上海港；境内投标人：合同签订后10个月到项目现场

9. *对投标人的资格要求：

（1）投标人自2017年1月1日起至投标截止日内，需具有高速区（轧制速度不低于40米/秒）的45度顶交单传轧机传动控制的设备供货、投运的业绩（以上时间为合同签订日期）。

（2）由于项目复杂、技术要求高，任何投标人希望参与本项目的，均应在开标前与招标人联系开展技术交流并签订技术协议，未能签订技术协议的投标人，其投标将被否决，若签订的技术协议与招标文件有差异时，以招标文件为准（欧冶工业品股份有限公司联系人：朱经理，联系电话： 021-********，邮箱：zhuhuiye@baosteel.com）。

（3）投标人未被国家企业信用信息公示系统（www.gsxt.gov.cn）列入严重违法失信企业名单。

Technicalspecifications：

（1）The main drive motor shall be AC asynchronous motor, up to IP55. The motor shall be manufactured in accordance with the requirements of the relevant IEC or national standards and specifications in force.General requirements for overload capacity of main motor: 1.15 times rated current for long term operation, 1.5 times rated current for 1 minute, at the cycle of 5 minutes.

（2）For the main mill drive rectifier after (and including) the KOCKS mill in this project, the active (AFE active front end) IGBT rectifier capable of maintaining stable DC bus voltage, ABB ISU, SIEMENS ALM or equivalent, shall be used.

（3）For the drive of the main drive motor, the low voltage AC/DC variable speed device, AC 690V, shall be used.The AC main drive (low voltage) variable speed system shall be fully digital AC-DC-AC VSD with common DC bus configuration, i.e. The configuration of common rectifier unit and separate inverter unit.

（4）The AC variable frequency auxiliary drive system shall use the multi-drive solution with common DC bus supply.

（5）Each PLC system shall realize the electrical control and instrumentation control of process equipment, individual equipment and public and auxiliary media systems in each area respectively by means of the electric and instrumentation integration, and complete the communication between PLCs and between OS and ES stations through industrial Ethernet.

9. *Requirementsof Bidder’s qualification：

（1）The bidder shall, within the period from January 1st, 2017 to the closing date of the tender, have the history of supplying and commissioning equipment for the transmission control of 45° top cross single pass mills in high speed zone (rolling speed not less than 40 m/s) (the above time is the date of signing the contract).

（2）Due to the complexity and high technical requirements of the project, any bidder wishing to participate in this project shall contact the tenderee for technical communication and sign the technical agreement before the bid opening. Bids from bidders who fail to sign the technical agreement will be rejected. In the event of difference between the signed technical agreement and the tendering document, the latter shall prevail.
