投标人应具备的资格或业绩:1.If the tender cargo is not made by the bidder, the bidder
should get a formal power of attorney as approval of offering that cargo in the bidding
from the manufacturer. 2.Domestic bidders should offer a copy of business license for
enterprise, a copy of organizing institution bar code, a copy of national or local tax
registration certificate or a copy of the one certificate consisting of business
license, certificate of organization codes and certificate of taxation registration
overseas bidders should offer the copy of certificate of incorporation or related
registration information. 3.Domestic bidders should offer the original or the copy of
credit certification issued by the bank which opened their basic accounts within three
months prior to the bid opening date if overseas bidders can not offer the credit
certification issued by the bank which opened their basic accounts, the original or the
copy of the credit certification issued by their deposit bank should be provided.
