3、投标人资格要求

投标人应具备的资格或业绩：1) 投标人具有有效的营业执照（境内投标人）/企业经营许可证明文件（境外投标人），需提供相应证明复印件；2) 投标人必须是制造商，本项目不接受代理商投标；3) 投标人2012年1月1日至投标文件递交截止时间前7日（时间以合同签订时间为准），应具有在EO/EG装置中尾气压缩机组（立式迷宫式）的运行业绩。请提供业绩表，并出具验收报告或证明其压缩机运行的相关材料、可以体现压缩机型式的配套技术文件、销售合同复印件，上述材料须能体现合同签订时间、装置名称、货物名称、数量、签字盖章页。若投标人投标文件提供的证明资料不满足上述全部要求，则视为没有业绩； 4) 投标人应当提供投标人开户银行在开标日前三个月内开具的资信证明原件或复印件；5) 本项目不接受联合体投标。

3.Qualification Requirements For Bidder

Qualifications or Performance：1）The bidder has a valid business license (domestic bidder)/operation license (foreign bidder), and a copy of the corresponding certificate is required;2）The bidder must be a manufacturer; this project does not accept bids from agents;3）From January 1, 2012 to the present (the time is subject to the signing of the contract), among the EO/EG plants, the bidder shall have performance of Vent Gas Compressor Unit（Vertical labyrinth）. Please provide list of performances, acceptance of materials reports or other supporting materials which can reflect its operation, relevant technical documents which can reflect type of compressor, and a copy of the sales contract which must reflect time of contract signing, the name of the plant, name of goods, quantity, and signing/stamping page. If the performance table provided in the bidding documents and the contract issued by the bidder do not meet all the above requirements, it will be deemed to have no performance;4）The Bidder shall provide the bank reference letter issued within three 3 months prior to the time of bid opening in original or its copy;5）The consortium will not be accepted.
