上海宝华国际招标有限公司(以下称招标机构)受宝山钢铁股份炼铁厂(以下称买方)委托，就其刮板设备项目所需的下列货物进行国际公开招标，邀请合格投标人进行网上电子投标。
1. 招标货物名称、数量、技术规格和资金来源：
1)货物名称：半门架刮板取料机、全门架刮板堆取料机;
2)数量：半门架刮板取料机3台、全门架刮板堆取料机1台;
3)主要技术参数： 半门架刮板取料机 数量3台 公称能力Q=1500t/h（均按照物料堆密度2.0t/m3折算）； 全门架刮板堆取料机 数量1台 额定堆料能力Q=1200t/h（最大能力1500t/h），额定取料能力Q=1200t/h（均按照物料堆密度2.0t/m3折算）。 详见招标技术文件内容 ;
4)资金来源：自筹资金(现汇项目);
2. 交货地点和交货时间：
1)交货地点：宝钢项目现场
2)交货时间：合同生效后11个月 FOB交货,轨道及配套附件合同生效后6个月FOB交货。2批

招标文件均按包进行计价出售，投标人成功购标后，自行下载招标文件和投标文件模板。招标文件一经售出不得退还。

10. *投标条件及资格要求：
1)投标条件及资格要求：1.具有刮板取料机在2004~2014年内有投入生产且稳定运行的同类设备（悬臂长28米以上，轨距30米以上，能力1500t/h及以上）6台及以上的使用业绩，并提供相应业绩清单及合同复印件。 2.刮板取料机的总业绩数量不少于26台，并提供相应业绩清单。

Shanghai Baohua International Tendering Co., Ltd.（Hereinafter referred to as Tendering Agency）is commissioned by （Hereinafter referred to as tenderer）on international open bidding for the following goods required in Semi-portal Frame Scraper Reclaimer, Full door frame scraper reclaimer and invites eligible bidders to online e-bidding。
1. The name, quantity, technical specifications and fund sources of goods for tendering：
1)The name：Semi-portal frame scraper reclaimer、Full-portal frame scraper reclaimer;
2)Quantity：Semi-portal frame scraper reclaimer 3 set;Full-portal frame scraper reclaimer 1 set;
3)Technical specifications： Semi-portal frame scraper reclaimer Quantity 3 set Nominal capacity Q=1500t/h（They shall be converted according to the material bulk density 2.0t/m3）， As for the detailed information ; Full door frame scraper material piling and taking machine Quantity 1 set Rated stacking capacity Q = 1200t / h (maximum capacity 1500t / h), rated reclaiming capacity Q = 1200t / h (in accordance with the material bulk density of 2.0t / m3 calculation). ;
4)Fund sources of goods：Self-raised funds(Cash items);
2. Delivery time and place：
1)Delivery place：Shanghai Baoshan iron and Steel Company
2)Delivery time：11 months FOB after the contract comes into effect, Rail and accessories shall be delivered within 6 months FOB after the contract comes into effect. In two lots
3. *The bidders who have confirmed to participate the bid must log on China International Bidding Website(http://www.chinabidding.com/))，and register. Please make sure you have registered and passed through the annual review before bidding. The awarding will be publicized on China International Bidding Website.
4. Baohua E-bidding website http://www.baosteelbidding.com)could also provide the information about tendering project of our company (except invitation of tendering), interested bidders may login to view relevant information. After login, the bidder could purchase tendering document and bid online.
5. Time for purchasing Tendering Documents：
Time for purchasing Tendering Documents：2015-10-29 ~ 2015-11-19(9:00 -11:00, 13:00-16:00 each day, except for holidays).
6. Sales prices of the tendering document：One complete set of Tendering Documents both in English and Chinese ( electronic version included). The Chinese language shall govern in case of any discrepancy between Chinese language and the English language.
Sales price is CNY 2000 or USD 250。
All tendering documents will be sold per bid package (or section). After purchasing the bid, the bidder can download the tendering document and the template of bidding document. The tendering documents sales are non-refundable.
7. Deadline for bid submission and Bid Opening Time：

10. *Requirements of Bidder’s qualification：
1)Requirements of Bidder’s qualification： 1.Equipped with six similar equipment(more than 28-meter cantilever , more than 30-meter gauge, 1500 t/h capacity or above) and above usage performance as scraper reclaimer which is put into production during 2004~2014 and have stable operation, and corresponding performance list as well as contract photocopy shall be provided. 2.Total performance amount of scraper reclaimer shall not be less than 26, and provide corresponding performance list.
