I.TENDER NOTICE

本次招标，所涉及大宗货物（包括但是不限于进口铁矿石、煤炭等）均由湖北国际经济技术合作有限公司（以下简称招标人或甲方）独立进口。根据业务需要，现公开招标择优选定大宗货物远洋运输（以下简称投标人或乙方）。

The bulk goods involved in this bidding,including butnotlimitedto importediron ore,coal,etc.areindependently imported by Hubei International Economic andTechnicalCooperation Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referredto as the tenderer or Party A). According to businessneeds, we are now publicly bidding to select the bestoption for bulk cargo ocean transportation (hereinafterreferred to as the bidder or party B) .

1.项目概况及招标范围Project Overview And Bidding Scope

2023年度进口大宗散装货物（包括但是不限于进口铁矿石、煤炭等）远洋运输，航线包括但是不限于东南亚-中国、澳洲-中国等，全年承运总货量约300万吨。现就上述海运航线的远洋运输进行公开招标。

In 2023, imported bulk cargo (including but not limitedtoimported iron ore, coal, etc.) will be transported bysea, with routes including but not limited to SoutheastAsia China, Australia China, etc. The total cargo volumecarried throughout the year is approximately 3 milliontons.We are now conducting a public bidding processforthe ocean transportation of the above-mentionedsearoutes.

2.投标人资格要求 Qualification requirements for bidders

2.1资质：具有大宗散装货物远洋运输资质的独立法人单位。

2.1 Qualification: An independent legal entity with qualifications for ocean transportation of bulk cargo.

2.2业绩：至少有一年以上上述航线的大宗散装货物远洋运输承租业绩。

2.2 Performance: has at least one year of experience in leasing large bulk cargo for ocean transportation on the aforementioned routes.

2.3本次招标不接受联合体投标。

2.3 Consortium bidding is not allowed in this bidding.

3.招标文件的发放 Issuance of Bidding Documents

4.投标开标时间、地点 Time and place of Bidding

投标开标时间：2022年12月23日10时00分投标截止并开标，逾期收到或不符合规定的投标文件恕不接受。

Time of bid opening:The bid shall be submitted within 10:00 on December 23, 2022. Any late received or non-conforming bid documents will not be accepted.

开标地点：湖北国际经济技术合作有限公司4楼408室。

Place of bidding: Room 408, 4th Floor, Hubei International Economic and Technical Cooperation Co., LTD.
